Is a 750 in Math 2 SAT II good enough if I aspire to attend UCLA and don’t plan on majoring in a math field? I’m considering a physiology or maybe biology major.
On this page about students admitted to UCLA in 2014, if you scroll down to SAT Subject Tests, it says, “SAT Subject tests are no longer required for admission, but if taken, we will use them in our review if they are to the student’s benefit.”

From this I conclude that the 750 will not be used if it doesn’t help you. They will probably look at your math score from the SAT or ACT and your grades to gauge how well you are likely to do in the Calculus and Physics courses required for your major. Hope that helps a little.
