Austin Peay State U: students w/in 250mi get discounted tuition, to bring local OOS in line with IS tuition.
Marlboro College: Full tuition to one kid from every state and DC.
U of Maine: From MA, VT, CT, NJ and PA will pay in state tuition equaling their home state flagship.
Rowan U: combo cc and 1 year at main campus will be $25k for all 4 years.
Rutgers U: $60k or less and from a NJ cc or from Newark? Free tuition and fees.
Northeastern U: don’t get excited, it’s a 25% discount to parent or sib of current students if they wish to pursue grad studies. (Tho w/ no real aid for some grad, it could help).
Rosemont College: tuition decrease from $32.6 to $18.5k all students
Utica College: tuition decrease from $34.5k to $20k all students
