<p>So I sort of so one of my two teacher recs and in the “ticking page” I had an overall of 10% (also, then was 2 ticks under the Above average column and only 1 in the last)…</p>
<p>is a 10%really bad? I mean, is it a euphemism for ‘she’s really not good enough’?</p>
