A C grade in Calc 1

I got a C in calc 1. I’m currently in a program that does PSEO for freshman and sophomore high school students, and that’s where I got the C. What will this do for admissions? Should I retake later (I think I could get an A if I retook it)?

Background: I’ve otherwise gotten roughly 2/3 A’s, 1/3 C’s. I took a practice ACT and got a predicted score of 32-35, but that’s with no dedicated study, so I think I’ll get towards the higher end when the real thing comes and I prepare a bit.

If you were a college student you would be told that it is nit worth your time to repeat a course which you got a C or higher in. Just do better in a subsequent course (in this case, calc 2) and you should be fine.
