A change in mind

hey guess what CCers
guess I will stay… I still feel like contributing to this forum…
but I won’t frequent as often as I did before

maybe I can answer some questions posted explicitly in this forum
but I’ll more frequently come here to upload updated versions of my SAT guide (im still working on it) to keep my “customers” satisfied

and if anyone has questions pls don’t hesitate to ask!

From what source did your practice problems in your guide come from?

^as for the questions i won’t answer trivial questions like that… i’m just going to help if anyone has questions about qas’s, the blue book, etc.

btw

your second “from” is redundant.

I would like help on this math problem, kind sir. I saw this on the September SAT for 2007 and was stuck.

What is the minimum value of f(x) = abs(x-1) + abs(2x-1) + abs(3x-1) + …(119x-1)?
(A) 49
(B) 50
(C) 51
(D) 52
(E) 53

I only got the answer through a series of arduous steps that I will not state in case there is an easier way to do this.

Please help! You are my only hope! I must improve my score!

There is no September SAT.

so would you like to improve from a 2700–or I should say 2400? The perfect score is 3000. :)

I heard from reputable sources that the perfect score can only be achieved after you score over nine thousand on the SAT.

TI-89 time!

-_____- No CAS calculators are allowed.

WolframAlpha time?

damn.
10char

Wow…I remember solving that absolute value function in the last minute on the AMC. I am curious as to the “arduous steps” that you used to do that problem.

It takes a while to punch it into a calculator.

updated guide.

grammar section is almost finished.
