What I’m Looking For-

My List-
University of Texas (Austin)
Texas A&M
University of Kansas
Boston University
Colorado School of Mines

I would appreciate it if you can tell me what my chances of getting into these schools are. And also what I need to work on. Thanks.

Hard to say without an SAT.

I’d say definitely look at Carnegie Mellon University in pittspurgh. Of course, a portion will depend on your SAT’s but as long as you score well (around 2000?) you’ll have a shot. Work on bringing your GPA up as much as possible, and keep showing commitment in your engineering EC’s. My suggestion would’ve been to take the March SAT and study a ton during winter break, but if you’ve studied over summer, Dec could work for you. Good luck!

Without your SAT/ACT scores, it is hard to tell for sure. I agree with CMU. I would recommend the following schools:

Carnegie Mellon University
Cornell University
Purdue University-West Lafayette
Rice University
University of Florida
University of Illinois-Urbana Champaign
University of Maryland-College Park
University of Michigan-Ann Arbor
University of Wisconsin-Madison

But half of those schools will require a minimum of 2000 on the SAT or 28 on the ACT.
