Interesting. It almost sounds like he was partaking of the illegal plant when her wrote the letter. Did anyone here get one of his letters? I wonder if there was Dorito residue on the stationery.

People actually trusted this guy with their money?

The guy did real well. Incredibly well for people that invested with him.

If the guy made 800% ROA then he must have started with a realllly lowww amount of cash. He must have realized that he could either shoot for the moon and make a killing OR shoot and miss and lose a relatively small amount of money.

Considering how much we’ve lost in W’s and the Republican economic policies, I may have no choice but to risk being “all-in.”

No. No. No.

You can’t risk all-in unless you’re in your 20’s, maybe 30’s if you are single.

The guy was running $10 million. Not a large amount in the money magagement world. But an 800 gains is still fantastic. I’m sure he took some risk.

We’re in Las Vegas? All-in? Tilt?

I am such a non-risk-taker that I didn’t even finish using the roll of nickels the motel gave me for the local casino a couple years ago. So you can understand my near heart attack when I opened my most recent retirement account statement. I think I might just file next quarter’s statement, unopened. Fortunately, I don’t plan on retiring anytime soon - so I will hopefully be able to ride out the storm. If not, I’ll just sponge off my kids! :)

No all-in for this girl.
