<p>I have dual citizenship (US/Eng) and I am interested in possibly applying to some European schools, or even perhaps something even more different from home like U of Cape Town, or U of Buenos Aires etc. </p>
<p>I assume that A levels would be necessary to apply to most foreign schools. If that is true, how do I arrange to take the A levels here in the US (I’m in VA if that makes a difference), what A levels are the best to take, and what are the general chances of an American applying as an Int. student?</p>
