A lot of housing questions

I’m a freshman and my roommate is transferring at the end of this semester, so I was wondering if I could get my friend to take his place?
Would the room be empty if I didn’t replace him?

About my sophomore housing:
Does West Village cost more than other housing?
Is it easy to get a room in West Village?
Will I be able to room with 3 of my friends in West Village?
Say I have 12 friends, would we be able to get 3 rooms next to each other?
Which West Village buildings are best and which buildings other than West Village are good?

Thanks in advance for the responses.

Why don’t you just ask one of your guidance counselors or some other adult at Northeastern? They’re much more likely to know about that obviously.

Cost: yes. I pay 1200/month to live in WVF
Ease: Depends…as a sophomore its pretty hard unless you know an upperclassman to live with
3 of your friends: easier to get dav
12 friends: maybe in dav, 99 percent no in WV. Even in dav, thats sort of a stretch
WV: F, H are best. Dav and IV are also nice

Room will not be empty, they will put in a spring freshman student
