A month to dramatically bring up my scores

I recently took a mock ACT and received a 24 composite with no prior preparation which is equivalent to a 1180 on the new SAT. On the SAT practice tests I’ve been getting 1160-70 which is not a huge difference from my ACT equivalents. I am planning to take the December ACT’s, but I don’t know how to prepare for them, and 24 composite is extremely low compared to my goal of 33+. I understand I don’t have a lot of time left before my test date for such a large improvement in my scores, so if anyone has any tips on score improvement in a short period of time, please help me out
