<p>Over the years, I have often recommended to try a number of source books until one becomes helpful in your quest. Simply stated, there are a number of very good books, a great number of poorly constructed and poorly edited books, and a smaller number of books that shine through their irrelevance. Of course, there is a high level of subjectivity in the exercise of “reviewing” a book. </p>
<p>This said, there are people who are real experts in helping others, through books, guides, or simple one-on-one tutoring. Over the years, I have developed a high level of respect for such experts. Inasmuch as recommendations are always prone to be questioned, I will suggest to everyone to check this book. which is one heck of a bargain:</p>
