Hi there, I’m currently signed up for the July 30-31st I&S Special Interest A&O. I’m planning on double majoring in Communications and Sociology, and I’ll be gone almost all of July. However, I’m worried that since my A&O is so late that it will really suck for registering for classes. I’m planning on joining an I&S fig so would I not get priority to this if I just went to a General Interest? Should I plan on still attending the I&S session and risk have zero chance of registering for decent classes, or switch to a earlier General session? Is there that much of a difference in advising between the two? I’m so lost.
