<p>Would anyone be willing to read a possible college essay?
It’s only a possible essay because it started out as an essay about my grandmother.</p>

<p>It’s slightly uplifting and such. I just want to know if it is appropriate for an application essay and if it shows enough of who I am.</p>

<p>Anything can be appropriate as long as it is unique in it’s own form and shows off you for being YOU.
Read it as if you were an admissions officer and ask yourself as if you can tell what kind of person you are just by reading this, and similar questions like this.
