I was researching colleges and I found this piece of information.

http://talk.collegeconfidential.com/college-search-selection/735100-yale-standardized-testing.html?highlight=yale+2009+march

Yale requires applicants to submit the following testing:
The College Entrance Examination Board (CEEB) SAT I and any two SAT II Subject Tests
or The ACT with Writing
Please note that beginning in March 2009, Yale will require that applicants submit all score results from the ACT, SAT I and SAT II testing.

My problem is, that two years ago, I had no idea what the subject tests were, and I took them instead of the reasoning test (SAT I). I didn’t study at all, and ended up making a 480/480/590 on three subject tests. Plus, I already took the ACT a couple of times, and I think I am going to take it again, but I am worried about how much this standardized test situation will hurt my chances. I lost the sheet with my results for my SAT II scores, and I didn’t register online to take them, so I don’t know how I can even report them. This sucks because I am going to be applying as a sophomore transfer, and I know other top schools have similar policies to Yale’s.
