A Question about Admissions and Chance Me Please

I have had a burning question about how admission officers determine if a candidate is good for their school. Do they take a holistic approach where they look all the aspects of a candidate or is it school dependent? Do some schools solely focus on GPA and SAT/ACT and others take other factors into account?

For me personally, I would really like to go to UConn Engineering. Toured the campus and fell in love with everything UConn has to offer. Does UConn take a holistic approach in their admission processing? Here are my credentials :

Academic :
SAT : 1220, Math : 580, Critical Reading : 640
GPA : 3.9 Unweighted
AP Courses : Calc AB, Lit , Stats, Psych Honors Courses : Biology, Chemistry, Physics, Pre - Calc, English 1,2,3
Courses at Local University : Communications and US History
Member of National Honor Society

Extra Curricular Activities :
Member of Civil Air Patrol ( U.S Auxiliary )
Member of Professional Youth Orchestra, playing the violin for 13 years, and a part of orchestra for 6 years.
Member of First Robotics Competition Team (FRC). Went to states, regionals and worlds in 2017 - 2018 season.

Member of Schools Physics Olympiad Team
Member of Debate Team ( Won 1st Place at a competition)
Member of Student Government

Over 130 hours of volunteering at Local Hospital, Animal shelter and Audubon

Will these credentials give me a shot at getting acceptance into UConn ( Main Campus ) for engineering?

Holistic approaches are very school dependent. Competitive schools usually practice holistic admissions. I cannot comment on UConn in particular though.
