A Question about AP scores and class placement

<p>Hello,</p>

<p>I am an incoming college freshman, and I have a question regarding AP scores and class placement.</p>

<p>For example, if my AP score is high enough to skip class 101 and I can take 110 during my first semester, can I still choose to take 101 to solidify my foundation? In other words, am I legally binded to place class 101 if my AP score is high enough? Can I choose whether I want to take 101 or 110?</p>

<p>I understand that the rules are probably different in each school, but what do you guys think? </p>

<p>You can opt to not take the AP credit and take 101. It’s entirely up to you.</p>

<p>Whether u choose to use or not use AP credit is ur choice. This is especially true if ur AP credits exceed the maximum set by the college.</p>
