A question about gpa...please help

<p>I saw this on ucsd’s website.
“The first 16 units of courses that have been repeated by a student and for which the student received a D, F, NP, or U shall not be used in cumulative grade-point calculation on the student’s transcript.”

<p>Are they using this rule to calculate the gpa of community college students?(I want to do tag but have more than 16 units of F…I retook the classes though)</p>

<p>this is the policy of the ucsd registrar for ucsd transcripts. your transcripts are subject to the rules of your school’s registrar.</p>

<p>Thats for classes taken at UCSD IIRC. Classes you received a F in CC you should transfer over fine</p>
