A question about why I haven't heard back yet

I have solid stats for Penn State (3.68 GPA, 2050 SAT) and applied September 3rd, but I haven’t heard whether I have been admitted or rejected yet. They said they received all my information and that I would know by the end of January, but kids I know wither lower stats have already received their decisions. Is there any chance that, for them to review my application, they will need my transcript from the Community College I attended last semester, or will they review the application without it and I can send my transcript once I have made my final college decision? (I would send it to be safe, but it costs $ that I don’t really want to spend with all the college app fee’s I have been paying and I haven’t needed it to hear back from some of the other schools I have applied to)

If they already wrote that they received your information you should need to send that transcript.

What college at the university are applying to (some are more selective than others) because that could be why you haven’t heard back.

I’m applying to the division of undergraduate studies, which is the main reason why I’m asking
