What are the procedures if an appointee is being treated for an infection with mebendazole? Is there any way I can find out if there’s any reason this would be a problem with the medical people at USAFA? And how do I let them know about this?

I’m sorry, but I have no idea what mebendazole is or what condition it treats. If I were an appointee or parent of an appointee, though, I would contact DoDMERB before I took ANY prescription drug between the receiving an appointment and reporting to USAFA. You should be able to find the DoDMERB number along with info you got to schedule your physical. I’m sure contact numbers have also been listed in the forum at other times. DON’T TAKE A PRESCRIPTION DRUG BEFORE YOU CALL THEM!

There’s a website listing all the DODMERB disqualifications… I posted it in an earlier thread but ahhhh I can’t seem to find it sorry

Thanks, I’m calling DoDMERB tomorrow.
