<p>does it matter at all that i’m french and speak it fluently and took the french sat II, AP test, and classes? please dont give me a whole flaming reply about cheating and that crap, i have my own honest reasons for doing so. also, if im not a citizen of the u.s., but have a permanent residence, do i count as an international student? how does that work? please answer this in terms of general colleges as best you can, im posting this in the jhu thread because its the only one i know with an active admissions councelor(and im applying to jhu).
