<p>In this blog entry: [MIT</a> Admissions | Blog Entry: “Application question: scholastic and non-scholastic distinctions?”](<a href=“http://www.mitadmissions.org/topics/apply/the_freshman_application/application_question_scholasti.shtml]MIT”>http://www.mitadmissions.org/topics/apply/the_freshman_application/application_question_scholasti.shtml)
Matt mentions Governor’s School under scholastic distinctions. Does that apply to getting into Governor’s School or actually going to it? I was accepted last year but turned it down for a research internship, should I list getting accepted under distinctions, or does that just look like I have nothing better to say (I mean, I don’t, but I don’t want to make that fact obvious haha)?</p>
