A simple question about a UVa prompt

<p>I can’t figure out what the prompt is asking here, and I don’t want to get penalized for writing an off-topic essay.</p>

<p>The prompt:

If you were given a $10,000 budget and the opportunity to build a small team of talented motivated individuals, what would you propose to accomplish?

<p>Is it asking what kind of group I would make with $10000, or is it asking what I would do with a group + $10000?</p>

<p>It’s asking what you would do given a group of smart people and $10,000. I don’t think the focus here is the group of people.</p>
