<p>Okay so I applied early to CAS and here are my stats. I believe that it would take a miracle to get in…</p>

<p>GPA: 3.8
ACT: lets just say between 20-25(i know, i know. im pathetic)
School: Public School, DC
APs: Bio, Lang and Comp, US Gov, US his, Comp Gov, World His, Art His, Lit
Legacy: none
Activities: editor in chief of newspaper, producer of school student theatre group
Awards: preforming arts awards(too many to list)
Race: african-american(my one and only saving grace)
Gender: female</p>

<p>Essays: well my Why Penn essay was decent but nothing to get too excited about. but my other essay was damn good I believe. </p>

<p>interview: okay I suppose</p>

<p>so be brutal, i think I need to prepare for rejection come december 15…</p>

<p>that low ACT will make them think that your gpa is highly inflated. it doesn’t look good. why penn is also very imporant. i’d say you have about a 5% chance</p>
