A sophomore, which classes should I take in the next two years?

Hi, I’m a sophomore at an international school in China.

Right now, I am taking the most rigorous classes the school offers to Sophomores, namely

Honors English 10
Honors Pre-calculus
Honors World history
Chemistry
String Ensemble
Band
Church History (It’s a Christian school)

In most classes I get A+'s, and some classes A’s.

Additional information about me include,
I was in Beijing Model United Nations as a YA delegate about 2 weeks ago,
I play the cello exceptionally!
and I think I am quite good in math.
I am taking SAT II Math in May 5th and I will probably get a 800.
and by the way, I got into Stanford’s EPGY, if that is something special;;

Now, if I want to go into top schools such as Princeton and Stanford, how many AP courses do you guys think I should take next year?
my choices are
AP Calc BC
AP Statistics
AP Chemistry
AP Language and Composition
AP Chinese

I am definitely going to take AP Calculus BC by the way. It is also highly probable that I may take AP Chem and AP Chinese too.

So, what are your opinions?

If developing great learning skills, then by all means, take as many as you feel comfortable. Top tier schools are looking for people who will push themselves in the environment they’re in. Definitely take advantage of living in the Chinese culture – engage yourself deeply in opportunities that you have a passion for. If I were a Stanford or Princeton adcom, I’d like to see that versus just some kid who studied a tough curriculum in Beijing but just hung around the other international kids.
