<p>Is there a club at Cal that lets one practice making speeches out in large groups? I really want to hone my rhetoric skills.</p>

I think this would be more helpful than a club.</p>
<p>Have you thought about debate? Or maybe model UN? (I dunno if they practice speeches though)</p>
<p>I’m a Rhetoric major, but I don’t suggest taking Rhetoric classes if you’re looking to practice. We don’t focus on public speaking at all, strangely enough.</p>
