A troubling article

Here is an article I saw referenced on the Ivy Football Forum. I don’t know how or if this applies to many of the other sports at Yale, as the authors note, football is just a bit different than most sports. I also want to say that my own personal experience with the Yale coaching staff when my son was being recruited was excellent. My son also really likes his recruiting coach. So I don’t intend this as a shot at Reno’s program. But if you or your progeny are considering Yale in this cycle, it might be something to address with the coaches.

Saw this and asked my son how he felt about his access to medical expertise and trainers/PT and while he doesn’t play football, his sport does see much in the way of muscle injuries. He said his experience was positive, so there’s that…

But if I had a kid doing a sport like football if certainly ask about this on any visit or while talking to a coach.
