<p>So a prompt I have from one of my SAT books says “Adversity has the effect of eliciting talents, which in prosperous circumstances would have lain dormant.” Assess the validity of this statement. I literally can only come up with one example. I don’t know what’s wrong with me. Is this really a very tricky prompt or am I just drawing a blank?</p>
<p>I don’t think this is a very hard prompt. Remember that you can always make up a story in case you’re out of ideas.</p>
<p>took me a minute to understand the prompt, lol. but it’s not that hard once you get past the complex vocabulary that CB would never use.</p>
