<p>I’ve taken 2 SATs sofar, 2000+first time, but only 1990 second time(i think it was a bubbling issue on reading section but i dont know…). My question is how to preparefor those idioms questions and questions like the one above? i keep getting 2-3 MC wrong per practice test…i really want a 800 on writing section, i can write a 10-12 essay.</p>

<p>The word ‘of’ in that context isn’t right either. A good strategy on writing questions is to look at the shortest answer and work your way up to the longer ones, checking to see which one works. B is the shortest one and happens to be grammatically correct.</p>
