<p>I am applying to UMD for spring 2014. Since I was not born in the United States, I am required to take and submit my TOEFL score unless I have my AA degree. I will finish my degree this fall but the decision for spring is made before that.</p>
<p>Will I be rejected since I didn’t submit my TOEFL or will they take in account that I will be finishing my AA degree before the spring semester at UMD? Anyone out there who has any idea about this?</p>
