Sorry I don’t have the answer. CPAs are given by a state board (not a college). A few things to consider:
–I would check employment out of the program including who recruits there (and how many students firms take).
–See if the department knows how their students fare on the CPA exam.
–I would also compare the academc program at the school to the required courses to become a CPA in your state. This information should be online.
–See if the college offers a one year MS in accounting (one now needs 150 college credits to become a CPA).
– I might also ask why the program is not accredited .
