I really need to know about the Abbey-house residence hall( near UT) 408 west 17 st austin 78701</p>
<p>Rent is pretty cheap $510 including all BILLS PAID!! Is it too good to be true? All the apartments I have looked around UT are pretty expensive</p>
<p>I want to know has anyone lived in that place</p>
<p>How was it? safe, quality of life? </p>
<p>how convienient would it be for me to go to Rio Grande by bus</p>
