<p>This is very entertaining. All day long, people are drawn to “copy” the album cover, or otherwise act goofy at the Abby Road crossing, while the rest of London tries to go about their business.</p>
<p>(also notable for the way London drivers have such absolute respect for walkers at zebra crossings–would that it were more like that here.)</p>

<p>daughter is in London this semester; all the kids are contacting their parents when they go to Abbey Road…</p>
<p>the webcam itself has actually created a tourist attraction, apparently, … people just going there to see what crazy things people will do when they walk across…</p>
<p>I can imagine that, rodney. it’s much more entertaining than I had thought it would be. That’s cool that kids are using it to say “hi mom or dad”!</p>
<p>We walked the crossing when we were in London; one of our top priorities. Nobody else was there, I was beginning to wonder if we were even in the right place. It was off-season tho, no lines anywhere we went. </p>
<p>They’ve improved the webcam since then.</p>
