About how much aid will I receive?

<p>Hey there… I’m applying to a lot of top colleges, whose tuition is about $40,000+ a year.</p>

<p>I have three younger siblings, and my parents combined make about $60,000 a year.</p>

<p>We are living pay check to pay check.</p>

<p>What schools are you applying to?</p>

<p>The amount and type of aid you’ll get depends on each school. Some schools can’t give anything more than the low amounts that fed grants provide. A few (like some ivies) can provide for everything. </p>

<p>Most schools cannot meet need. Their FA packages will include lots of loans or gaps. </p>

<p>So, which schools are you applying to?</p>

<p>BTW…the cost to attend most top colleges is over $50k per year.</p>
