<p>I am a freelance commercial photographer who graduated from a university in China in 2006, with a business degree; and I have been working with some apparels companies for over a year now. I also did a two-month internship as a graphic designer before I graduated, and I have a modest portfolio of creative photography. I wish to apply for the MFA program in Filmmaking at NYU Tisch school of arts; do I stand a chance? Is my creative resume too thin? I know the admission is extremely competitive and would really appreciate some advice from experienced candidates. Any recommendations for similar programs at other schools, perhaps?</p>
