<p>I read some posts in CC that said Nuc Eng is just too stressfull, that many cannot handle the work?</p>

<p>is that really true?</p>

<p>Is the main reason for the low amount of Nuc Es in the US because the of nuclear industry in the US or is it because of the work load, or both?</p>

<p>Its because the general majority of nuclear engineers are retiring. I think it’s probably a little more stressful than other engineering jobs, but the United States is in dire need for nuclear engineers, so you should have no problem finding a job right away.</p>
