<p>That is, the call that states that Penn will be working from the waiting list and is wondering about your interest. After saying, YES I WOULD LOVE TO ATTEND, does this mean an acceptance letter will arrive soon? Or, is Penn just checking their list to see who is naughty and who is nice? After, are you placed on a probably, could be, mostly likely, sure why not list?
