<p>My GPA is a 3.4
SAT is a 2340 (perfect score on essay)
Havent taken my SAT IIs yet, Im doing Literature, Chemistry, and Math.</p>
<p>My weighted GPA is a 4.7</p>
<p>Extra curriculars:
- Vice President of French Honors Society
- Odyssey of the Mind, got up to Nationals (2 years)
- I currently take 3 AP courses (AP French Comp, AP Lang Comp, and AP World History), and have taken AP psychology, and two years of AP art (and AP Government next year)
- I volunteer at the Liberty Science Center nearby, for a very long time
- I attend a special art school that is selective with its applicants
- I play piano, and have done many performances and auditions
- Vocal lessons, sang at events
- Volunteer at soup kitchen
- Created a club at school for community service
- Changed the odyssey of the mind club (basically with a petition and all) … (i dont know if this counts)
I have a couple other things but they’re a little less significant.</p>
<p>I’m hoping for the following:
- Rutgers (Sister attended)
- NYU (Uncle attended)
- Georgetown (Sister attends the Law program there)
- George Washington University
- Vanderbilt (two cousins, and an uncle attended)
- USC
- Boston "University (Sister was accepted, but did not attend)</p>
<p>I’m not sure what would fit well for my range. I hope to go to a well known school, such as the ones I mentioned, but do you feel I have any chance for them? Based on my current scores. Also taking into consideration if my essay comes out well. Also, what schools would you reccomend I look at? I really hope to be accepted to NYU or George Washington. Thanks! This is all so stressful and makes me so upset, I just need something to work off of so I’m not wasting my time hoping for something that isn’t possible.</p>
