-served on “Leadership Council” which is basically like being a captain

LinkCrew Freshmen Orientation (2 years) - Lead groups of incoming freshmen for a four hour orientation and then advise them all year
Youth Council (2 years) - In charge of planning events for youth in the city and doing volunteer work for city
Fiddlers ReStrung (4 years)-nationally renowned fiddle group that has played all over the country…at the White House, Kentucky, Tennessee, Good Morning America and many other places. We have recorded two CD’s. (Should I send one in with my applications?)
Recycling Club (2 years) - Collect the school’s recycling. I was a co-founder of this club and now am the President for senior year.
YoungLife (4 years)
New Orleans Instrument Drive - A couple of friends and I collected instruments from our town and nearby ones, about 40 instruments in all, and donated them to a middle school near New Orleans who had lost all of their instruments during Katrina and could not afford to buy new ones.</ec’s></p>
<p>Essays - Should be good. Writing is one of my skills.
Recs - Should be very good, teachers who I am getting them from really like me and are good writers.</p>
