AC Circuits Advice

Hi, I’m a community college student in a two year associates of applied science in Electrical/ Electronic Engineering Technology with a focus in Bio-medical Equipment. I had to transfer schools for reasons I will not get into and was thrown off course to finish my degree because I was a semester behind. I busted my A to catch up taking 20 credits last semester and am taking Physics and Trig over the summer. I’ve taking Digital Fundamentals and also DC circuit’s. However, I’m unofficially taking AC circuits over the summer and by that I mean I was allowed to enroll into the classes that AC circuits is a pre-requisite for as long as I was willing to learn the basics of AC circuits so I had an understanding of it for those classes, which are signal analysis, electronics 1, Industrial Electronics, and bio-medical Instrumentation. My question is can you guys give me some advice on the most important aspects of AC to really understand. I’m sure it is all very important, however, I’m very limited because I only have the summer and want to learn as much as possible but aslo don’t want to be cramming teaching myself things that might not really be that important in lab and on exams, etc. Thank you guys for any and all help!
