academic dishonesty issue in high school

my current situation: SAT 2290 (math 740…) TOEFl 111 took both this january in the States. may consider taking the SAT again for the sake of math but kinda lazy and scared if I can’t get as high reading&writing scores.
cumulative GPA of 3.3 (not including freshman year) but it has always been going up.
I was in a top boarding school in CA but experienced academic dishonesty issues (first time cheating second time plagiarism). There’s no record of that in my transcript. I was dismissed but on my transcript it says withdrawn. (wt should i do with dis)
I am going to take AP stats and SAT 2 math 2c and physics this may and I am going to finish the spring term really strong in my new high school in ny.
suppose I get 5 on AP. 800 on SAT subject tests.
chance me? lol any top 30 universities I can get into?
NYU, University of Michigan Ann Arbor, University of Carolina Chapel Hill, Washington University in St. Louis, Boston college, University of Illinois UC, indianna school bloomington, university of virginia
I am going to be majoring in finance so these are some schools I really wanna get into.
pretty desperate now lol thanks guys

I can appreciate the candor it took to ask for help in this way, but why would people assist a cheater? If you look at other threads, some people are pretty bitter at the costs they feel they are bearing due to cheaters in their schools and colleges.

thats dope

It’s fortunate that there is no record of it on your transcript, so that’s one good thing. Your SAT is great, so I think you are basically ok there. GPA should be higher though, given your SAT score. The picture an adcom might have of you is that you are really bright, but not serious enough about your studies.

IMO, the two things you should do are: 1) meet with a GC that you feel comfortable with, and ask them how you should explain withdrawing from a top CA prep school; 2) Cast your net a little wider than the top 30. There are fantastic colleges and universities in the top 100, where you can get an absolutely incredible education.

You’ve paid a heavy price for your mistakes, so don’t let anyone put a label on you. Plenty of people will help you if you ask. If you do the hard work to bring up your grades, and if you prioritize your search appropriately, you’ll get into a great school.

thx bro god bless you
