Academic Publisher Titles & UCLA Store

One of my books (math/science) is a “custom UCLA edition”. Does this count as a “Academic Publishing title”?

I don’t think it is a reader, it is a textbook with selected chapters from the original book. The textbook site says that Wiley is the publishing company, so does this mean that it is not UCLA who is creating these paperback editions?

I am asking because if it is an Academic Publishing title, then it cannot be returned at the UCLA store.

My other question is are custom UCLA books shrinkwrapped? What is the return policy on new items?

No it’s not the academic publishing title. It’s a custom edition that the publisher has made for UCLA. It usually comes skrinkwrapped in loose leaf papers, so you will have to bind it yourself. This is the departments lame attempt at trying to cut down the costs of textbook for students. From what I remember, these can not be returned.
