Academic Scholars

Does anyone know the acceptance rate of the Academic Scholars programs? I imagine lower but does anyone have a figure?

Wait, which scholars program?

Anyof them.

Well, they’re all pretty different…

The following info was applicable for the class of 2009:

The approximate numbers for the class of 2009 were as follows:
Danfort Nominated 900 Scholars 16
Rodriguez Applied 1,200 Scholars 25
Ervin Applied 1,500 Scholars 30

I know that nominations for Danforth for the class of 2010 increased from 900 to 1,440. I believe applications for the other programs increased as much or more.

Some of the candidates applied for more than one of the above scholarships. Since not everyone that was offered a Scholars designation, decided to attend WashU, the actual number awarded for each program was higher than the numbers above.

Information about other scholarship programs at WashU may be obtained at the following link:

Sorry for the misunderstanding but I’m talking about Academic Scholars. The dual admissions programs to undergraduate and graduate schools. It’s something entirely different than schaolarships.

oh, you mean University Scholars program…umm, i’ll see if I can find some data for you

That’s it. I messed up the name. Thanks for the correction.
