Academic Scholarship Fee Waiver - what is it?

<p>I received my financial aid information and one of the “Outside Resources” was “Estimated Academic Scholarship Fee Waiver.”</p>

<p>I think they divide up the tuition and fees scholarship between a waiver (possibly the OSS cost) and the in-state tuition. My daughter’s award information for NMF also has this. Anyway, have you now decided to attend Auburn?</p>

<p>That is exactly what is is, although I contacted Auburn and they couldn’t explain why. My D’s Presidential was listed as about $14K under fiancial aid award and $7K as a resource.</p>
