Academic Update - additional comments: should I include this?

Hey Folks,

I was recently accepted and am teaming up with NASA come this spring. I was wondering if I should add it to my additional comments come update time, “just recently I joined…” or something like that, or if I should just save it for my appeal if the need arises? I’m at this quandary since the additional comments we get to update are oriented toward grade explanation and I don’t find my application is lacking in such qualities, but still, it shows another high quality institution validating my qualities. What do you folks think?

From,
Wilvkxs

Put it in, for sure. Congrats!

I’ll second putting it in - definitely a big deal, and worth updating admissions.

I’d put in in.

I have a similar situation where I was accepted in mid-December. My plan was to put it in the TAU and explain it a bit.

Is it the NASA Community College Aerospace Scholars program?? I just got accepted into the online course too and I’m thinking about mentioning that in the additional comments section. Congratulations!

Yes, mention it. Never wait for the “appeal.” You would prefer that it not get to that point! Do whatever it takes to get in now.

That can only help you, so you should put it in. Why the hell not? :D

Congrats fellow scholar! I am part of the Fall NASA program and I also suggest mentioning it in the application. Wishing you all the best on your online portion.

Great, I’ll do just that, thanks a lot fellows :D.
