Got admission for some good unis, some with scholarship some without. And some results are awaited…
Thing is can I accept one university and still wait for some other university scholarship. Because if I don’t confirm by 1st may I may miss out on some very good offers(scholarship), but my dream uni will tell me about scholarship by May end…
Yes, you can. Its very important to accept by May 1st or the deadline because if you don’t you will probably lose your spot. You may lose your deposit but its definitely worth keeping the spot.
Is it not like this , if you accept one uni and pay deposit for keeping your spot then other universities are automatically withdrawn?
If you don’t pay a deposit by the deadline, they usually take away your spot and then offer it to someone else. Also the student usually submits a written letter that they’ve withdrawn or uses the form that was provided to them with their acceptance packet. However, not all students submit a withdrawal letter/form.
