Unfortunately, your question is too vague. You have not told us where you applied and what kind of research experience you have. For the most selective schools, you are probably not likely to be admitted. The GRE is a bit too low (what is the breakdown?) and the GPA is not as high as they like to see. however, you probably can get into some less selective schools.
Are those overseas GPAs? They may be higher than they look. In the U.S. an 80% is a B- and a 72% is a C- average, but overseas those might be way higher averages relative to the rest of the class.
But more importantly is that numbers are taken into consideration but not the only factor in your admission. More important is your fit with the department based on your research interests and working style. So, what are your research interests?
