I want to be an Aerospace Engineer and I want to transfer into Georgia Tech after one year. What should I do to increase my chances of getting in as a transfer student?

Unless the university has trimesters or terms, not semesters, this is not possible.
A basic 2-semester year would look like this:

Fall
English Composition I
Calculus I
Chemical Principles I
Intro to Physics I
1 General Education elective

Spring
English Composition II
Transfer Calculus II
Chemical Principles II
Intro to Physics II
1 General Education elective or CS

In order to increase your odds, you should make sure you get As in as many classes as you can. That means meeting with the professor or the TA every week and in preparation for this, writing down questions you have during the lecture or when you work on problem sets. Participating enthusiastically in class. Joining a study group. Going to the Writing Center before you turn in an English Composition paper (it won’t be enough to be great in your science classes).

You should probably email the professors for your Fall classes and ask what textbooks will be used, so 1° you can buy them cheaper and used and 2° start reading the books or reviewing the first chapters.

Thanks for the advice. Is there anything else I can do to increase my chances of getting accepted like extracurricular activities? Or will I already have a pretty good chance of getting accepted with A’s in all my classes? Can someone here who transferred from another school post your stat if you got accepted to Georgia Tech. Like what classes you took. Your grades in those classes. All you Extracurricular activities. What college and what major. Anything that you think might be helpful. Please and thank you in advance.
