Acceptance/Scholarship Thread for Class of '29 Undergrad/'27 Grad Music Majors

This thread is to track acceptances/declinations and any scholarships that are awarded. This thread was incredibly helpful to us last year when we were trying to narrow down the schools where my daughter would apply and audition. Now that decisions are starting to come in for some, it’s time to start the same thread for this year’s graduates and celebrate/commiserate together!

Please message me with any updates you receive on the schools where you/your child have applied/auditioned. Please include your username, your/your child’s area of study, the date the decision was received, and any merit award if you feel comfortable sharing. I found the merit amounts especially helpful last year, as we didn’t want to apply to schools that didn’t give merit to undergrads, etc.

This has been quite the journey, and I can’t wait to see where all our young musicians end up!

Hi All! Sorry for the delay in updating the latest results. Things have been crazy lately, but my daughter had her Juilliard audition (and callback!) over the weekend, and now we are finally DONE with auditions and just have to wait on acceptances/merit. I’ve gotten several updates, and I’ve also added some scholarships that my daughter was awarded prior to auditioning, just to have it all in one place. Looking back at last year’s thread, it looks like a lot of acceptances were released between 3/15 - 4/1, so we’re in the final stretch! I’ll continue to update as people get additional acceptances and merit offers.

Hopefully I’ve gotten all of the updates consolidated into this thread. If I missed anyone, please let me know.
