Hey guys, was wanting to see if anyone knew anything or has had an experience like mine. I looked at ACU and emailed with an admissions counselor, but never did finish the ACU application or submit any transcript, test scores, or application fee. Then next thing I know, I receive a package from them in the mail saying congratulations you have been accepted. Very confused right now, as I have never sent any of my grades or scores to them.

You can always contact admissions at the college and ask what the story is.
That’s odd. I would first check the application to make sure I didn’t complete it earlier and forget. Then email the admissions office to see if they made a mistake.
There are several possibilities. You were mistaken for someone else , you impressed the admission counselor a great deal , they sent an admission instead of a application fee waiver, you are the same religion as the university, there was a mistake internally, or they have a more open system of admitting than they let on. They accepted 50% and definitely have an application fee so it is odd you would get in without applying, paying the fee and being part of a program.
