Accepted into Caltech but deffered for Berkeley?

<p>Has this happened to anyone? I’m just wondering how I got into Caltech but got deffered for Berkeley… Something isn’t adding up.</p>

<p>The UC Regents & Legislature are purposely stiffing instate kids so they can offer slots to rich out-of-staters. Write to Sacramento.</p>
